Backyard- lots of overgrown bushes and shrubs that we will be addressing- good thing fall is a good yard planning, planting time! We'd also like to extend the back patio at some point too, enough space for seating, a grill, etc.
Back "den-" this is an addition off of the back of the house that is heated and cooled, we'd like to put new sliding doors/french doors in and paint,
Dining Room- needs paint... oh and furniture! Our china cabinet from the post here will look great in the room! We also got a side board at the same estate sale that I think will fit here too...
Downstairs guest room/office with half bath.
Upstairs full bath, with no tub, we'll be addressing that but not for a while...

Ooowee.... this kitchen. Don't get me started. Elliott and I are exploring reno costs and ideas (thanking Pinterest for that). It is totally livable until we are ready to proceed but it is an awkward space that I look forward to renovating. Side note, the blue will be going asap.
Pass through from kitchen to the dining room. My dream is to keep it a passtrough but with glass front cabinets that open both from the dining and the kitchen (so you can see through). I think this will open up the space and bring lots of light in. If that breaks the budget we'll just go with glass fronts on top.
Front living room. We have maybe two pieces of furniture for this room, I can't wait to furnish it and get it freshened up. I want a big mirror above the fireplace!
